Firstly sorry for being absolutely rubbish at updating this blog. It’s been a little harder than I thought trying to juggle my web development course and all my client work so my blog and social media have been a little neglected!

I have a lot to update and share on here still – a lovely wedding from 2013, my first 3 weddings of 2014 (shooting my 4th on 24th!) . Now I’ve done my exam I have a little more time to spend sharing  lots of beautiful photos….are you ready for the first instalment?

Mary and Patrick met outside ABC club in Glasgow whilst Mary was over in the UK studying. Mary planned to come over from the states as a surprise for Patrick and we planned this shoot as part of the surprise trip. Super sweet 🙂

I had a fantastic day shooting with them (as well as eating cake, drinking coffee, cooing over huskies and trying to keep warm on a typical cold Glasgow day).

We started off with a visit to their venue Sherbrooke Castle where they are getting married in June then up to ABC where they met…

We then found this cute little rock garden down by Cowcaddens underground station which worked amazingly for the photos.

After a break to warm up and some coffee in a cafe at the west end we went to the coisters at Glasgow Uni where they both studied and I made the use of the stunning shapes created by the arches to make some stunning images.

Nest we went to Kelvingrove Park and took some photos on this beautiful bridge I found near the entrance to the park we went in,

Lastly we took some photos beside Kelvinbridge
Overall it was a lovely day and I’m so thrilled with how the photos look.
Let me know what you think!
I’m  off to London for a few days holiday next week so I’m going to do some further blog updates on the train down and back so keep an eye out for more updates over the next week. I will also be overhauling my portfolio on my website so check back soon.

Till next time,
