Hello!
This post will be known as the Sunday music photography update. Since the end up Edinburgh Fringe I have been shoooting quite a lot more live music gigs. It has been good to get back to my roots as this is how I started out with my photography and I am still a huge music fan (have a nosey at what I listen to on my last fm
here).
Firstly I got to shoot the incredible Patti Smith at the O2 ABC in Glasgow on 5th of September for Regular Music. See images below and more on my

Then next it was onto Billy Bragg and KT Tunstall, again for Regular Music at the O2 ABC in Glasgow on the 14th of September. The show was an incredible tribute to Woody Guthrie. Again images below and more over on flickr

I used to put on a lot of local bands and shoot for other gigs and promoters so I was excited to get the opportunity to photograph for Limbo again at the Voodoo Rooms. They have the best up and coming bands and projections onto a screen behind the bans which always makes for great pics. Here is a couple of shots I took of the headline band Miaoux Miaoux. I have been loving his album since it came out so was great to see and photograph him. Again more over on

Overall I am pretty pleased with how I did at these gigs but still loads I can improve on and I hope to be able to keep shooting more!
