Start as I mean to go on!

On Saturday it was off to Glasgow to photograph the beautiful wedding of Jen and Matt assisted by the amazingly talented Andrew Moore. Here is some previews of my shots from the day.

I started of snapping Jen and her lovely bridesmaids Karyn and Liz, getting ready at her flat in the west end of Glasgow. Her and Matt had not long finished renovating the place and it looked incredible. Lots of period details and lots of lovely natural light.

The ceremony was held at the incredible Randolph Hall at Glasgow University where they currently both work.

After the ceremony I took shots some shouts of Jen and Matt at the amazing cloisters which is made up of stone pillars and arches and made for some really exciting shots.

I squeezed into their wedding taxi with them on the way to the reception and took some shots in the back of the taxi which made for some exciting shots!

The reception was at the quirky West Brewery beside Glasgow Green. The tables were decorated with large candle holders which complimented the unique decor of the venue with the animal heads on the walls.

The lovely Andrew in-front of the camera for once!

Andrew and I left everyone as they were eating and left them to party the night away into the wee small hours.

Wishing Jen and Matt an amazing honeymoon and I’m looking forward to editing the rest of the shots when they get back at the end of the month.

Love must be in the air at the moment as over Easter Sunday dinner my brother announced that him and his girlfriend are getting married in October. Congrats to them both 🙂 Will be the first Ross family wedding in 9 years.
