I seem to have good weather luck when it comes to weddings. When it came to Donna & Dans wedding the rain poured and poured but it was still a beautiful day at the incredible Dundas Castle near South Queensferry.
Last year I did some stunning engagement shots for them for their save the date card and I was thrilled when they asked me to shoot their evening reception and a cute photobooth for them. Shortly after I arrived the rain stopped and there was a beautiful mist in the air around the castle.

They had a cute candy cane cake that I fell in love with…..

… and the cutest  creative table names and decorations.

The champagne flowed, the evening guests arrived and soon it was time to cut the first cake and the first dance , which was perfectly polished and choreographed 🙂

As the rain had stopped we made the most of the stunning misty surroundings and took some fun couple and family portraits around the grounds.

I spent the rest of the evening doing a cute fun photobooth with lots of props. It was the first one I have done at a wedding and I would love to do some more!
